How long does my order take to ship?
All Ready-to-Ship items will ship within 5 business days, and are sent USPS Ground Advantage at no charge. Orders and Shipments can both be expedited for additional fees.
Custom Orders can take up to 8 weeks to design, process, and make, so Custom Build times vary on a case-by-case basis.
*Please note Custom Build Time (up to 8 weeks) is in addition to the Turnaround Time (usually 2-6 weeks).
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! For a fee of $28 per order, international shipping is now available.
What is your return policy?
Sweet Pea Custom Silver accepts returns, but charges a restocking fee of 30% of the item’s value in addition to a $45 convenience charge. Custom Orders are not returnable or refundable.
Classes are not refundable.
Classes may be transferred to another date or person with a 30% convenience fee charged. No call/no show results in forfeiture of class seat and any related credit.
Tools, silver stock, and stones purchased from SPCS are not returnable or refundable.
Shop Policy on Commissioned Items:
Commission Fee: This is generated after an item is Received and varies per order. This fee is generally around $20 and protects SPCS by covering the cost of receiving, processing, communications, and design time, plus the return of your item in the event your order is cancelled. This fee will be credited towards the final Custom Order cost. Some items are Received without a Commission Fee.*
A notification will be sent when the item is Received, but Received items may take up to 4 weeks to be incorporated into a Design for approval.
Once your Design is approved, you’ll receive an Invoice via email that can be paid with a debit card, credit card, or ACH transfer. You are also welcome to send a check. Your Order will be added to the queue only after payment in full is received and processed.
For items with a Paid Commission Fee: Designs not approved within 15 days of submission to client, or Invoices not paid within 60 days, will result in a cancellation of the Order and the item being returned.
For items without a Paid Commission Fee: Designs not approved within 15 days of submission to client, or Invoices not paid within 60 days, will result in a cancellation of the Order and the item will become property of Sweet Pea Custom Silver LLC.
This policy is in place to avoid a monetary loss for SPCS LLC and affiliates in the event no payment is received, or the cost of time lost in attempts to collect payment due outweighs the value of the item or the Custom Order.
Sending items to Sweet Pea for Commissioned Work
Please add tracking to your shipment to SPCS LLC. SPCS LLC and affiliates are not responsible for any items lost while in the possession of USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other third party and/or shipping company.
